Programming a new Remote Key (Remote Function only, Not starting !!!!!!!!!!)
You can do this yourself in 2 minutes by following the simple process below.
A few programming variants can be found online and it can take a few goes to get it working
But persevere and it will work.
To link a key with the Ford Control Module (BCM) there are a few steps that need
to be performed.
1. Enter the vehicle and make sure that all doors are shut and locked.
2. Insert the old key into the ignition switch.
3. Turn the key to position 1. Turn the key to position 0 4 or 5 times.
4. Then press unlock button. There may be no chime from car.
5. Check the remote works.

Ford dealers will NOT help you with this!
THATS IT, your new flip key is now programmed for central locking, and able to start your car :)
